CFC ANCOP INVITED AT THE FIRST AMCHAM NORTH LUZON SUMMIT ON SUSTAINABILITY AND CSR

The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (AmCham) North Luzon hosted its very first Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility Summit entitled "Empowering Businesses by Gearing-Up Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability through Collaboration," the main objective of which is to raise awareness on sustainability as a business priority and the importance of collaboration among businesses and organizations. This event transpired last May 21, 2019, at Clark Marriott Hotel, Clark Freeport, Pampanga City.
Different businesses and non-profit organizations were in attendance, giving them a chance for collaboration and networking. The summit discussed different topics such as emerging trends in sustainability, collaboration, and advocacy best practices.
CFC ANCOP Global Foundation, Inc. (CAGFI) was invited to present under “Advocacy Best Practices”. No less than Bro. Rudy Gaspillo himself, the ANCOP President took to the podium and discussed the programs and practices that have made the organization fruitful and effective for the beneficiaries, this past number of years.

With its goal to reach all parts of the Philippines, CFC ANCOP and Don Bosco ONE TVET’s Mobile Training Center (MTC) has finally reached the Mindanao Island, having its first stop at Iligan City, Lanao del Norte last November 4-8, 2019. This was made possible with the combined efforts of CFC Israel, CFC Lanao del Norte, and Viray Constructions.
It was in September 2018 when CFC ANCOP and Don Bosco ONE TVET Philippines did the pilot run of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) at the Mobile Training Center (MTC) in Salcedo, Eastern Samar, and since then, it has come a long way in reaching out to hundreds of our poor brethren from the peripheries. In celebration of its first year, TVET-MTC had its first stop at Luzon Island with the fifth batch of training at Sta. Cruz, Occidental Mindoro last September 16-20, 2019.
